Conceived and produced by Quebec City, “Toponymie” is the exhibition that was presented to citizens and tourists on the occasion of the annual meeting of the UNESCO Creative Cities of Literature 2023, which took place in the Canadian city.  

A journey to discover the origins of the names of the Creative Cities, through the words of their writers and the images of their creatives, in a present-day revisitation of toponyms from the past. The city of Milan was represented by one unpublished writing di Luca Crovi, accompanied by the illustration of Alberto Casagrande. 

The exhibition took place from 1 September to 31 October 2023 in two outdoor locations in the Canadian city, Place d'Youville and in front of the Château Frontenac, but can still be viewed online on Quebec City site.
