NOTICE OF FILING AND PUBLICATION OF ADOPTION OF THE PLAN - MUNICIPAL COUNCIL RESOLUTION N. 1504 OF 23 DECEMBER 2020

MAYOR

• pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 14, paragraphs 2 and 3, of LR 11.3.2005, n. 12;
• given the continuation of the ongoing health emergency and in light of the limitations, restrictions and precautions imposed by Legislative Decree 25 March 2020, n. 19 and subsequent amendments;

SEEN

• resolution no. 1504 of 23/12/2020, concerning the Plan referred to in the subject and the provisions contained therein, for the purposes of the enforceability of the aforementioned resolution;
• the fulfillment by the Operator of the aforementioned requirements, and specifically:
- the authorization dated 24.06.2021 of the Operational Reclamation Plan (PG 348548/2021);
- the communication dated 05.07.2021 in documents PG372266/2021 (subsequently integrated on 07.07.2021 - PG 0378304/2021) with which the Operator formally accepted the commitments set out in the resolution and sent the adequate agreement draft, in addition to the updated tables listed below, attached under "additions July 2021"

• the publication of the resolution cited in the Notice Board from 07.01.2021 to 22.01.2021

NOTICE

that the documents relating to the Implementation Plan concerning the area of viale Suzzani n. 125, compliant with the current PGT, adopted by the Municipal Council with resolution no. 1504 of 23/12/2020, which has become enforceable pursuant to law, will be made available to the public only and exclusively in digital format by publication on the website of the Municipality of Milan on the following web page: https://www.comune.milano.it/aree-tematiche/urbanistica-ed-edilizia/pubblicazioni-urbanistiche starting from 22 July 2021 to 5 August 2021.

Any observations on the Implementation Plan in question must be submitted no later than 12:00 on August 20, 2021, primarily by certified email.

This submission deadline is peremptory and therefore any observations received after the deadline
itself will not be taken into consideration.

This notice is published on the online noticeboard (https://albopretorio.comune.milano.it) and on the aforementioned web pages of the Municipality of Milan.
