Il Contact Center functions as a telephone access point for any question relating to income support measures.

The Municipality of Milan prepares a list of legally recognized tax assistance centers (CAF), through public notice (period 01/01/2023-31/12/2025), with which agreements are stipulated for support in accessing tax subsidized social benefits with particular reference to social allowances (family and maternity) and the electricity bonus for serious health conditions - physical discomfort.

Has been published the New Public Notice for the acquisition of expression of interest for the identification of subjects for carrying out the “Projects useful to the community” (PUC) with the involvement of beneficiaries of Inclusion Allowance (ADI) and Support for Training and Work (SFL) residing in the Municipality of Milan for the period 2024-2026.

Applications to participate in this Notice must be submitted, under penalty of exclusion, in the following ways:

La Solidarity card for purchases of basic necessities 2023, also known as the Shopping Savings Card - "Dedicated to You" Card, is an economic intervention intended for the purchase of basic food items. The contribution was paid by INPS to citizens who met the requirements. The people who, for the year 2023, benefited from this support were identified directly by INPS and subsequently contacted by the Municipality via letter and/or email.

The total amount of the contribution, equal to 382,50 euros, was paid via Postepay prepaid nominative card.

Update 14/12/2023: The deadlines for activating the Spending Savings Card - "Dedicated to You" card have been extended. 
All families who were unable to collect the card or carry out the first transaction by September 15th will be able to activate the card by 31/01/2024 and have 382,50 euros, to which is now added the sum of €77,20 to be allocated to the purchase of food or fuel.
The sum of €77,20 will also be paid to beneficiaries who have already activated the cards by 15/09/2023.
Post offices will also be able to deliver the cards to eligible and selected beneficiaries who, for various reasons, were unable to collect them.

What to do in case of theft, loss, cloning, need to block or malfunction of the card?

Only families identified as "suitable and selected beneficiaries" will be able to receive the Solidarity Card. The nuclei are identifiable by the INPS protocol number of the valid ISEE 2023 declaration.
