Contact center - Income support

It is active Contact center of the Income Support and Social Security Unit for the management of contacts, information and communications with interested citizens.

Request

For information, integration of documents, IBAN changes, reporting for refunds or other requests, fill out the request through the dedicated platform.

It is possible to deliver the above documents by hand by appointment via the infoline 02.02.02 (Monday - Saturday, excluding holidays, from 8:00 to 18:00).

Deliver the documents at the dedicated desk:

  • Contact Center
    Via Sile, 8 - ground floor (from 10:00 to 15:00).

It is not possible to deliver documents without an appointment.
