Request
Prepare the following documents:
- photocopy of the valid ISEE certification, complete with single substitute declaration (ordinary ISEE valid for subsidized services aimed at minors); the ISEE certification must include the data of the minor for whom the benefit is requested;
- photocopy of the identity card or valid identity document and the tax code of the requesting person;
- photocopy of the bank details in the name of the declarant (IBAN code);
- photocopy of the applicant's residence permit, if not EU;
- photocopy of the child's residence permit; in the absence of it on the date of submission of the application, the applicant will have to present it to the associated tax assistance center as soon as he/she comes into possession of it.
