Service dedicated to the presentation of requests for access to documents aimed at inspection with possible request for a copy of the building files relating to factory works/modifications and/or reinforced concrete.

Within the online survey form, for modifications and/or reinforced concrete, a search web service which allows the identification/selection of the files relating to building practices presented from 2002 to today; for each file, the protocol/procedure number, the date, the subject and the type of qualification is displayed ("6. Changes" tab - Select 1. "Search for Building Files").

Resta The telephone support service is always active available on number 02 884.66224 (Monday to Thursday from 10:00 to 12:00).

We inform you that starting from April 15, 2024 at the inspection desk of the headquarters in via Gregorovius 15, the service for requesting partial copies of the files viewed will be active (up to 40 images of various formats). Beyond this limit it will be possible to request the complete copy. The new on-demand service will allow you to receive a partial digital copy of the selected documents via certified email within 7 days of the request. No other forms of image acquisition are foreseen (such as photography, photos, etc.).

Service dedicated only to requests for documentation relating to the first original construction of the entire building. For requests relating to modifications following the first construction and/or reinforced concrete, select the service on the right.

Payment for research expenses.
Starting from May 31, 2023, it is possible to proceed with online payment via PagoPA integrated service.
Payment via postal current account is no longer available.
The service will automatically calculate the relevant ones amounts appropriate to the expected tariffs for this type of service in the Regulation for access to administrative documents (approved with City Council Resolution no. 36 of 7.09.2010) and updated with Council Resolution no. 1084 of 3.08.2023 and in particular:

  • €100,00 (complex search: factory deeds)

It is necessary to make the payment within the form as the last step before sending the request. The program does not recognize other payment methods for which receipts are attached. 

Before accessing the service, check that you have the mandatory documentation which must be attached during the online procedure: 

  • Proxy form (in the case of submitting a request as a delegate)
  • Owner (Copy of deed/inheritance/assignment following auction/equivalent deed certifying ownership)
  • Neighbor (Copy of deed/lease-rental agreement/other equivalent deed certifying the situation of neighbor)
  • Tenant/Lessee (Copy of rental contract)
  • Promissory buyer (Copy of compromise/notary letter)
  • Condominium administrator (Copy of the meeting resolution with appointment valid on the date of submission of the request)
  • CTU / CPI (Copy court appointment)
  • Student (Copy of teacher's letter)
  • Committee/Association (Copy of articles of association/self-certification of the state of affairs)

Service dedicated only to requests relating to expansion interventions, building renovation, attic recovery, conservative rehabilitation/restoration, extraordinary maintenance of buildings or portions, subsequent to the first construction, and/or requests relating to reinforced concrete. For factory deed requests, select the service on the left.
