Appointment for inspection at Cittadella degli Archivi - Via Gregorovius 15

At the end of the procedure, the booking system will automatically send an appointment confirmation email with all the useful information (office location, counter indication, time, etc.).

All appointments can be viewed in the citizen's digital file in the "Appointments" section. 

The service representatives will be able to cancel appointments by explaining the reason. The cancellation will be notified via email.

Appointments can be booked starting from the 15th day from the date of access to the online diary, from Monday to Friday, from 14pm to 00pm or from 15pm to 00pm.
 

Appointments must respect the set time (maximum 1 hour).

It will be possible to carry out the inspection only and exclusively of the files deposited in the archive in via Gregorovius 15 specified in the notice email sent by the Inspection Office.

The searches can only be carried out by the applicant or by his representative with a proxy and a copy of the delegating person's identity document.
