The Office of the President of the Municipal Council is made up of the President of the Council himself, who presides over it, and four councilors elected by the Council, two of whom are from the opposition.
It carries out functions of a guarantee body to protect the rights of councilors; collaborates with the President in managing the work of the Council and organizes the activities of both the Council and the Council Commissions.

The meetings of the Bureau are not public; A summary report is drawn up for each session.
