Born in Milan on 16 October 1952, she is married and has two daughters.

Graduated in Pharmacy from the University of Milan, she has been the owner of a pharmacy since 1978. During her professional career she has always worked in favor of the category, without abandoning direct contact with citizens.

From 2008 to 2017 Annarosa Racca was president of Federfarma Nazionale, the national federation representing all private pharmacies affiliated with the NHS. Since 2006 she has been president of Federfarma Lombardia and since the following year she has been at the top of the Lombard Association of Pharmacy Owners, which brings together the pharmacies in the provinces of Milan, Lodi and Monza Brianza. Since 2007 you have been president of the Guido Muralti Foundation, dedicated to the promotion of legal-economic-administrative studies in the pharmaceutical sector.

A constant in Annarosa Racca's activity is her attention to social issues: she is, in fact, a founding member of the non-profit Banco Farmaceutico, and has been the promoter of various solidarity projects on a national scale.

In December 2016 he received the Ambrogino d'Oro, the honor with which the city of Milan annually rewards people and associations who have distinguished themselves in their work.
