Il Rules Plan defines the areas of the consolidated urban fabric within the entire municipal territory, regulates the regulation of the territory, identifies the areas and buildings subject to superordinate protection, contains the geological, hydrogeological and seismic component.

(general contents of art. 10 of Regional Law 12/2005 and subsequent amendments)

Il Rules Plan (PdR) of the PGT indicates the properties subject to protection based on state and regional legislation.

In particular, the following constraint indications are found in these documents:

  • Cultural heritage (so-called Monumental e Archaeological)
  • Landscape assets
  • Protected natural areas
  • Territorial protection for the landscape enhancement of the Navigli - PTRA Navigli Lombardi
  • Trees of monumental interest
  • Areas at archaeological risk

It should be noted that the areas subject to restrictions pursuant to Legislative Decree 42/2004 and subsequent amendments shown on the tables reconnaissance character and that the areas at archaeological risk they are not constraints but areas with precautions to which the art applies. 66 of the current Building Regulations.
