Previous Territorial Government Plan (PGT) (PGT 2012)

The Territorial Government Plan (PGT) defines the structure of the entire municipal territory and is articulated by the Plan Document, the Service Plan and the Rules Plan.

Counterarguments to the observations and opinions received and approval of the variation to the Rules Plan and consequent variation to the Service Plan of the PGT in force for the area "M1 Gallaratese Depot - Civil Motorization - M1 Molino Dorino station - SS Sempione SS11 connection" and for the "M1 Gallaratese-Cascina Fanetta Depot" area

The Regional Council approved resolution no. on 19/06/2017. 6738 “Provisions concerning the implementation of the Flood Risk Management Plan (PGRA) in the urban planning and emergency planning sector”, published in BURL no. 25 Ordinary Series of 21/06/2017, which contains in particular:

  • the definitive regulations to be applied to the floodable areas identified by the PGRA;
  • the indications relating to the verification and possible updating of the Territorial Government Plans (PGT);
  • the indications relating to the verification and possible updating of the Municipal Emergency Plans (PEC).

Pursuant to point 2.1.2. Duration of application of the safeguard measures of Annex A, the safeguard measures, pursuant to art. 8 paragraph 5 of Resolution no. 5 of 7/12/2016 of the Institutional Committee of the Po River Basin Authority, are to be applied until the entry into force of the aforementioned regional provisions, which replace them entirely.

For building interventions it is necessary to refer to the regulations reported in the following points of Annex A:

  • 3.1.3. Provisions for waterways NOT involved in the current basin planning by the delimitation of the river bands;
  • 3.1.4. Provisions for watercourses ALREADY affected by the current basin planning by the delimitation of river bands.

Technical note dated 7 August 2017 
First implementing measures regarding the regional provisions, referred to in the D.G.R. of 19 June 2017 – No. X/6738, concerning the implementation of the Flood Risk Management Plan (PGRA) in the urban planning and emergency planning sector, pursuant to art. 58 of the implementation rules of the Extract Plan for the Hydrogeological Structure (PAI) of the Po River Basin as integrated by the variant adopted on 7 December 2016 with resolution no. 5 by the Institutional Committee of the Po River Basin Authority.
Application measures and operational indications for the areas classified as R4 within the PGRA areas affected by the Seveso, Garbogera, Pudiga, or Lombra or Mussa, Nirone or Pudiga or Fugone or Merlata rivers and the Lambro river.

 

With Metropolitan Mayor's Decree n. 131 of 19/05/2016, the expansion of the Local Park of Supra-municipal Interest of the Media Valle del Lambro on the territory of the Municipality of Milan was approved.

Previous Plan Document (PGT 2012)

The Plan Document defines the reconnaissance and planning framework of reference for the economic and social development of the municipality, and the cognitive framework of the municipal territory, as well as the geological, hydrogeological and seismic structure. (art. 8 of Regional Law 12/2005 and subsequent amendments)

Previous Service Plan (PGT 2012)

The Municipalities draw up and approve the Service Plan in order to ensure a global allocation of areas for public equipment and of public and general interest, any areas for public residential buildings and green areas, ecological corridors and the system of green connection between rural and built-up territory, as well as between road works and urbanized areas and their rational distribution on the municipal territory to support the settlement and planned functions. Previous Rules Plan (PGT 2012)

The Rules Plan defines the areas of the consolidated urban fabric within the entire municipal territory, regulates the regulation of the territory, identifies the areas and buildings subject to superordinate protection, contains the geological, hydrogeological and seismic component. (general contents of art. 10 of Regional Law 12/2005 and subsequent amendments)

Geological, hydrogeological and seismic component previously in force (PGT 2012)

For the purposes of preventing geological, hydrogeological and seismic risks, the Territorial Government Plan (PGT) contains the definition of the municipal geological, hydrogeological and seismic structure (DdP), the transposition and verification of consistency with the guidelines and prescriptions of the Provincial Territorial Coordination Plan and the Basin Plan, identifies the areas of geological, hydrogeological and seismic risk and vulnerability, as well as the rules and requirements to which the same areas are subject (PdR). (art. 57, LR 12/2005 and subsequent amendments).

The documents that make up the geological, hydrogeological and seismic component have not undergone any change since the date of publication of the PGT on the BURL Notices and Competitions Series n. 47 of 21/11/2012.
