  • the art. 4 of Regional Law n. 12 of 11 March 2005 'Law for the governance of the territory';
  • the art. 14, of legislative decree n. 152 of 3 April 2006 'Regulations on environmental matters';
  • the general guidelines for environmental assessment (SEA) approved with decree 351 of 13 March 2007, and the further regulatory requirements approved by the Regional Council with resolution no. 761 of 10 November 2010;

- Municipal offices of the Water Resources and Environmental Hygiene Area – via Sile- 8 – 3rd floor – 'Competent Authority' with the following opening hours: Monday to Friday from 10.00 to 12.00 and from 14.30 to 16.00.

Anyone who has an interest, pursuant to art. 14 paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree 152/06 and subsequent amendments, also for the protection of widespread interests, may inspect of the documentation made available and present observations and proposals in written form, also providing new or additional cognitive and evaluative elements, presenting them by June 27 2022 to the following email addresses:
