Some discounts are automatically applied based on the personal data situation resulting at the time of the calculation. Starting from 2022, the benefits in force are reported in the payment notice and concern:

• 25% reduction of the variable part of the tariff for families made up of 4 or more members living in accommodation with a surface area of ​​120 mXNUMX or less.
• 10% reduction of the variable part of the tariff, up to a maximum of €15,00 for:
  - families made up of 3 members, including one adult and two minors, or 2 members, including one adult and one minor, living in accommodation with a surface area of ​​80 m1 or less. on January XNUMXst of the tax year.
  - families composed of 2 members, of which at least one is over 75 years old 
• 15% reduction of the variable part of the tariff, up to a maximum of €15,00 for families consisting of a single member over 75 years of age on 1 January of the tax year.

Agevolazione Under 30 per il 2024: 

Per l’anno 2024 è prevista una riduzione del 25% della parte variabile della tariffa a favore dei soggetti dimoranti in un alloggio di superficie pari o inferiore a 100 mq, un solo alloggio per soggetto intestatario, che rispettino anche le seguenti condizioni alla data del 31/12 dell'anno precedente:

• Il dichiarante / intestatario della TARI deve essere una persona fisica con una età non superiore a 30 (trenta) anni compiuti al termine dell’anno precedente (per il 2024 l’età massima deve essere maturata, dunque, entro il 31/12/2023 e conseguentemente l’agevolazione si applica per i soggetti nati a partire dal 1993);
• la medesima condizione relativa all’età deve essere soddisfatta da tutte le persone che dimorano nella stessa unità immobiliare.

La riduzione verrà applicata sulla rata del saldo 2024.
