Tari: refund of credits for overpayments

Taxpayers who have can apply for a refund credits for payments exceeding the amount due.

The credit will first of all be used to cover any debts owed to the administration. The actual excess will only be refunded later.

Request

Click on the button to request a refund online via the citizen's file: log in with SPID or CIE and use the appropriate functionality by clicking on "Payments and refunds archive" in the "Payments" section.

Requests submitted through this channel will have priority, except for those who cannot access it for objective reasons (for example heirs).

Remember to to attach:

  1. copy of the paid PagoPA notices, for which you are requesting reimbursement
  2. copy of a valid identity document
  3. copy of the tax code
  4. codex Iban

For each point in the list the holder must be the owner of the tax and of the payment itself.
