Tari: exemption for serious hardship conditions

The following can apply for exemption:

  • people who have no property or are in conditions of proven serious economic hardship
  • people assisted permanently by the Municipality
  • Subjects with income not exceeding social or minimum pensions

The following cannot apply for exemption:

  • owners of properties (other than the main residence and related appurtenances) with ownership share greater than 1/3 on a single property or land
  • taxpayers with higher income limits indicated
