To exercise the right to vote you must present yourself with a identity document and electoral card. 

We vote with the so-called Rosatellum, a mixed system in which:

• a third of the seats (including deputies elected by Italians residing abroad) are decided with the majoritarian electoral system which works on the basis of single-member colleges: only one candidate per coalition presents itself and the one who collects the most votes wins
• two-thirds of the seats are decided with the proportional system: multi-member constituencies in which up to 4 candidates can run for the same party, in a blocked list where the expression of preferences is not foreseen.

The electoral system does not provide any majority bonus.
