Since January 2000 the Didactic Section, managed by the Scholastic and Educational Services Area of ​​the Municipality of Milan, offers routes inside Palazzo Moriggia. There methodology for remote services adopted presents the Museum and its collection as an exciting experience, where i CHILDREN are protagonists of a continuous, personal and unexpected discovery. The contents proposed take into account the experiences and interests of the children, refer to current topics and are attentive to their times caution; a language with a simple structure is used, but without sacrificing the correctness of the lexicon. There communication interpersonal has a primary role importance. The Museum is presented through a dialogue exciting, interactive and inclusive, in which the relationship is characterized by feelings of acceptance and understanding empathic.
The mirroring attitude on the part of the educator releases the student's reluctance, making it easier the expression and personal interpretation, eliminating the fear of feeling judged. The comparison between past and present helps children to reflect on justice, freedom, medium-high pace, war, democracy: a mandate to which a museum of Story cannot and must not escape.
