Online services

The Digital Administration Code provides that Public Administrations allow users to express satisfaction with the quality, also in terms of usability, accessibility and timeliness of services rendered electronically and that they publish the results of the surveys and the statistics of use of the online services.

The user can fill out the questionnaire via a link at the end of the procedure or in the email summarizing the requested service.

The monthly and annual reports can be consulted in the paragraphs below, while the datasets are available on the Open Data portal, in the Connections section.
