Rationalization plan for the Municipality's corporate shareholdings
On this page, in the attachments section, it is possible to consult the measures adopted by the City Council pursuant to art. 20 Legislative Decree 175/2016 and concerning:
- the ordinary periodic review of corporate shareholdings held directly and indirectly by the Municipality of Milan starting from 2018
- the first extraordinary revision approved in 2017
The 2015 rationalization plan for the Municipality's corporate shareholdings, drawn up pursuant to Law 190 of 23.12.2014, art. 1 paragraphs 611 and 612, and the Report illustrating the results of the Plan as of 31.12.2015.
Starting from 2023, Legislative Decree 201/2022 introduced the obligation to carry out the annual survey of local public services at the same time as the analysis of the structure of the investee companies. This recognition is contained in Resolution no. 93/2023.
