In this section, pursuant to art. 22 of Legislative Decree 33/2013, all the information referred to in Annex 1 of Anac resolution no. is published in tables. 1310 of 2016, concerning supervised public bodies, investee companies and controlled private law bodies, with reference, where necessary, to the sites that contain some of the requested documents. There are also adequate graphic representations that highlight the relationships between the Municipal Administration and these bodies. 

 Furthermore, the following are published pursuant to Legislative Decree 175/2016:

• the deliberative measures adopted by the Administration regarding the establishment of publicly held companies, the purchase of shareholdings in already established companies, the management of public shareholdings, the sale of shareholdings, the listing of publicly controlled companies on regulated markets
• the measures with which the Administration, pursuant to art. 19 paragraph 5, sets specific annual and multi-annual objectives on the overall operating expenses of subsidiary companies;
• the provisions of the City Council adopted pursuant to art. 20 of Legislative Decree 19 August 2016 n. 175, as amended by Legislative Decree 16 June 2017 n. 100;
• the annual reports relating to investee companies and investee private law entities, prepared pursuant to art. 12 of the Corruption Prevention and Transparency Plan from the Participatory Area, for the purpose of sending to the Corruption Prevention and Transparency Manager respectively by 31 July and 31 December of each year.
