In the "Attachments" section, the data and information of the companies owned by the Municipality are published, pursuant to art. 22 of Decree 33/2013.
Pursuant to paragraph 4, the Public Administration is prohibited from disbursing sums in favor of the Investee Companies in cases of omitted or incomplete publication on the Municipality's website, with the exception of payments that the Administration is required to disburse against contractual obligations for services carried out in his favor.
Therefore, before disbursing sums of any kind to the Companies, all the Offices are required to verify the publication of the requested data on the site.

The art. 28 of Legislative Decree 175/2016 repealed the art. 1 paragraph 735 of Law no. 27 of 2006 December 296 which provided for the publication, with six-monthly updates, of the remuneration of the Directors appointed by the Municipality in the companies it owns.
As a result, the page is not updated.
At the bottom of the page, in the section Attachments, pursuant to articles. 129 and 130 of CONSOB Regulation n.11971/1999, the extract and essential information of the Shareholders' Agreements between the Municipality of Milan and the Municipality of Brescia relating to A2A Spa are published.
The aforementioned Agreements, as a result of failure to cancel by 31 July 2022 (i.e. within six months of the natural expiry of 31 January 2023), are renewed for a further three years, with effect from 1 February 2023 – 31 January 2026.
