What do you find in the farmhouse
The farm promotes recreational and educational activities aimed at discovering the world of animals, agriculture and the countryside.
In the adjacent shop it is possible to purchase farm products such as poultry and cured meats, for which the home delivery service is also active. The store is open from Tuesday to Saturday, from 8:00 to 13:00 and from 16:00 to 19:30.
Entrance is free but reservations are required for visits (preferably on Saturdays and Sundays).
Like most closed-courtyard farmhouses in Lombardy, it consists of a stable with a herd of cows, calves and poultry raised on organic food.
The ancient farmhouse was part of the properties of the Callegaris family. Since 1997 it has been owned by the Rossetti family and is located in front of the Corte Grande in Muggiano.
To the right of the entrance gate there is a fresco depicting S. Marcellina, which survived the church of the same name which was demolished in 1911 and which was located here.
