Il Rules Plan defines the areas of the consolidated urban fabric within the entire municipal territory, regulates the regulation of the territory, identifies the areas and buildings subject to superordinate protection, contains the geological, hydrogeological and seismic component.
(general contents of art. 10 of Regional Law 12/2005 and subsequent amendments)
Il Rules Plan (PdR) of the PGT identifies areas subject to constraints deriving from urban planning regulations and other sources which impose limits on their transformation and construction.
In particular, the following constraint indications are found in these documents:
- Respect area of road network
- Respect area of railway network
- Band of respect for the power lines
- Band of respect for the cemeteries
- Band of respect for the purification plants
- Companies at risk of a major accident
- Buffer zone and absolute protection zone wells
- PAI Plan for the hydrogeological structure of the Lambro
