General Urban Plan for Subsoil Services - PUGSS in force
The service plan is integrated, as regards subsoil infrastructure, with the provisions of the General Urban Plan for Subsoil Services (PUGSS), referred to in article 38 of the Regional Law. 12 December 2003, n. 26 (Discipline of local services of general economic interest. Rules on waste management, energy, use of the subsoil and water resources).

Furthermore, the text of City Council Resolution no. is published. 21/2013 of 27/05/2013 “Counter-deduction to the observations and approval of the General Urban Plan for Subsoil Services (PUGSS), pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 38 of the Regional Law 12/12/2003 n. 26 and art. 9, paragraph 8, of the Regional Law 11/03/2015 n. 12 and subsequent amendments", accompanied by the relevant annexes.
