The Municipalities draw up and approve the Service Plan in order to ensure a global allocation of areas for public equipment and of public and general interest, any areas for public residential buildings and green areas, ecological corridors and the system of green connection between rural and built-up territory, as well as between road works and urbanized areas and their rational distribution on the municipal territory to support the settlement and planned functions.
