The municipalities draw up and approve the Service Plan in order to ensure a global supply of areas for public facilities and of public and general interest, any areas for public residential construction and green equipment, the ecological corridors and green connection system between rural territory and built-up territory, as well as between road works and urbanized areas and their rational distribution on the municipal territory to support the settlement and planned functions.

In Service Plan (PdS) of the PGT the cartographic documents are included which define the urban areas characterized by an eincreased level of accessibility compared to public transport lines, more precisely at railway stations and underground stations.
