PUBLICATION OF THE SUPPLEMENTARY AND AMENDMENT ACT OF THE PROGRAM AGREEMENT APPROVED BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE REGIONAL COUNCIL WITH DECREE N. 1671 OF 25 JANUARY 2001, CONCERNING THE INTEGRATED INTERVENTION PROGRAM "PORTELLO PROJECT", ALREADY IN VARIATION TO THE CURRENT PRG APPROVED WITH DGRN 29471 OF 26 FEBRUARY 1980.

Pursuant to and for the purposes of articles. 14 paragraph 2 and 92 of the Regional Law of 11 March 2005 n.12 and subsequent amendments, of the art. 34 of Legislative Decree 18 August 2000 n.267 and subsequent amendments, of the art. 6 of the Regional Law 14 March 2003 n.2 and subsequent amendments
MAKES YOU KNOWN
that the documents relating to this Supplementary and Amendment Act to the Program Agreement will be deposited for free viewing in the Municipal Office building in via Bernina 12, in the Implementation and Strategic Urban Planning Area, Secretariat Office, Building A, 1st floor , room 103, starting from 18 May 2017 until 01 June 2017 with the following opening hours: Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 12.00.
Any observations on the documents relating to the supplementary and amending Act in question must be produced in two copies on plain paper and must be presented, from 9.00 to 12.00 at the Protocol Office of the Urban Planning Directorate, via Bernina 12, Palazzina A , ground floor, room 20, by 12.00 on 16 June 2017.
Any graphics submitted to accompany the applications must be attached to all copies.
The information regarding the ongoing procedure and the documentation produced will also be made available to the public by publication on the website of the Municipality of Milan (http://www.comune.milano.it).
