NOTICE OF FILING AND PUBLICATION OF THE RESOLUTION TO ADOPTION OF THE INTEGRATED INTERVENTION PROGRAM RELATING TO THE AREAS SITE IN MILAN IN VIA MACCONAGO NN. 24-36.

Pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 14, paragraphs 2 and 3, of LR 11/03/2005 n. 12 and subsequent amendments

ACKNOWLEDGED 

  • of the resolution adopted by the Municipal Council no. 976 of 11/09/2020, concerning the Integrated Intervention Program referred to in the object which became immediately enforceable in accordance with the law;
  • of the opinion of exclusion of the Verification of Cultural Interest by the Ministry of Culture which, with letter dated 10/01/2022 (Prot. n. 10/01/2022.0011268.E) declared that "... the Cascina di via Macconago nn . 24 and 36, located in Milan (...) does not present cultural interest pursuant to articles 10-12-13 of the Code and, as such, is excluded from the provisions of Part Two of the same...";
  • of the conservative restoration and refunctionalization project of the former Church of San Carlo in Macconago presented by the Implementing Body on 13/08/2021 (Prot. n. 13/08/2021.0445369.E).

NOTICE

is the documents relating to the Integrated Intervention Program in question, compliant with the current PGT, adopted by the municipal council with Resolution no. 976 dated 11/09/2020, which became immediately enforceable pursuant to law, will be deposited for free viewing by the public at the Municipal Offices in Via Sile, 8 – IMPLEMENTATION PLANNING AREA 1 – 7th floor - from 17 February 2022 to 04 March 2022 by telephone contact at the following numbers: 02.884.66594/02.884.66300. The documents cited will also be made available to the public in digital format by publication on the website of the Municipality of Milan on the following web page: https://www.comune.milano.it/aree-tematiche/urbanistica-ed-edilizia/pubblicazioni-urbanistiche. 
Any observations regarding the Program in question must be submitted no later than March 19, 2022, primarily by PEC to the address planningurbanisticattuativastrategica@postacert.comune.milano.it or, alternatively, to the email address urb.pa@comune.milano.it (attaching a copy of your identification document) or on plain paper (in duplicate) by telephone contact, by appointment, at the following number: 02.884.66814.
This submission deadline is to be considered peremptory and, therefore, observations received after this date will not be taken into consideration.
This notice is also published on the online Notice Board (https://albopretorio.comune.milano.it) and on the aforementioned web page of the Municipality of Milan.
