Milan, 10 July -  State Property. Two tenders are planned: one for the sale of state property and the other for the leasing of the Porta Nuova toll booths.

• Five assets, including areas and properties, for sale: a building in Corso Vercelli, a building in Via Novara, two pieces of land between Via Buonarroti and an area in the Municipality of Peschiera Borromeo, as well as a garage in Viale Bligny. The public auction will be held, with the most economically advantageous offer mechanism, on October 8th.

• Also up for auction are the currently empty premises in Piazza Principessa Clotilde. These are historic spaces that must be returned to the city and will be used for exhibition, commercial and office activities, with the exclusion of catering activities. The tender for the rental concession will be held next October.

School building: inspections of 102 roofs with local police drones have begun. A modern technique to check the state of the roofs of the buildings that house the Milanese school complexes. The inspection is carried out by specialized personnel from the Integrated Security and Civil Protection area, together with school building technicians and MM operational directors to coordinate the execution of the surveys depending on the critical issues reported.

Culture: until September 30th the 'Summer Steam' exhibition. The Fabbrica del Vapore hosts two months of music, dance, theatre, cinema and visual arts with the support of the Municipality of Milan as part of the 'Spaces for talent' project. Five thematic itineraries including contemporary classical music, jazz/swing/pop music, dance, theater and cinema for a summer full of culture.
