Milan, 24 July - Seveso: the construction site for the Milan-Parco Nord basin has started as part of the plan for the prevention and containment of flooding in the metropolitan area. The artificial lake, which will be built for the summer of 2022, will become a recreational place surrounded by greenery with cycle and pedestrian paths. All the activities for the creation of the flood lamination areas on the stream are also continuing, to protect the most at-risk areas of Brianza, the metropolitan city and the city of Milan itself.

Road maintenance: between those already carried out and those scheduled for the next two months, there will be over 330 interventions on the roads from January to September this year. The overall investment for the asphalting of carriageways and pavements and for the maintenance of roads in granite blocks amounts to approximately 30 million euros, to which must be added a further 6 million allocated for the reconstruction of the tramway infrastructure in via degli Imbriani and viale Montello and at the intersection between corso Sempione and via Domodossola.

Castello Sforzesco: Sala delle Asse opens its doors to the public again. The exhibition space, free from the physical and multimedia structures of the "Leonardo never seen" installation, can be visited along the route of the Museum of Ancient Art and is accessible by purchasing a ticket that allows you to visit all the Castle's exhibitions: the Museum of the Rondanini Pietà, the Museum of Ancient Art, the Museum of Decorative Arts and the Museum of Musical Instruments.
