Collecting signatures on referendum proposals and popular initiative laws

We inform citizens that the forms for collecting signatures relating to the following proposals for repealing referendums and popular initiative laws are available at Municipality 8.

  • Introduction of paragraph 1-bis in art. 14 of Law 22 May 1978, n. 194
  • Procedures and times for regional healthcare assistance for medically assisted suicide pursuant to and as a result of sentence no. 242/19 of the Constitutional Court
  • Recognition of the State of Palestine with East Jerusalem as its capital
  • Right to freedom of payment in cash
  • Right to self-produce food
  • Stop gender indoctrination in schools

Signatures are collected at the Town Hall 8 – Via Quarenghi, 21 – 2nd floor - from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 12.00 and from 14.30 to 15.30. Please bring a valid identity card
