Lo Complaints Desk it is available to all citizens who want to express a reason for dissatisfaction with the municipal administration.

You can file a complaint by filling out an online form.

You can choose whether to log in with SPID or proceed without registration.

If you prefer to submit your complaint in person, download and fill out the form attached below. The form is also available at all the institution's branches that provide services to the public. Each form can be used for only one complaint.

Before going to the offices to submit the form, check times and access methods:

You will receive the presentation receipt and the assigned protocol number.

The response will be sent to you via the channel you have chosen and indicated in the form (email or regular mail).
