Le Five Days of Milan, from 18 to 22 March 1848, put the Ambrosian city at the center of international attention: it was one of the most important revolutionary experiences of the peninsula, inflamed, like a large part ofEurope, from those twenty Democrats and Republicans who had mixed with the demands of demands, self-determination and national independence. There Story of its protagonists and protagonists represents the heart of the exhibition itinerary of the Risorgimento Museum in Milan and is told through paintings, watercolours, drawings, engravings, but also by sketches of monuments and many objects, weapons, cockades, flags, which contribute to defining the memory of one of the most exciting and relevant to Milanese, Italian and European history and which the organized events aim to retrace and revive.
