In the event of a positive evaluation of the request by the municipal administration, an agreement will be stipulated to regulate the relationships between the Parties for the purposes of detailed planning and execution of the works.
Below are the main steps:
- request for preliminary information
- drafting and presentation of the proposal (technical-economic feasibility project)
- verification of documentation and evaluation of the project
- signing of the agreement
- presentation of the executive project
- project approval
- presentation of the SCIA
- execution of works

NB. The process described does not concern the building procedures connected to the public work that is intended to be carried out. In these cases, references must be made to the PGT and SUE Direct Implementation Specialist Directorate - Affiliated Building Permits Unit. Interventions directly linked to a building project will have a specific agreement aimed at regulating public and private interventions.
