Request
The application must be submitted exclusively online through the online notices information system of the Lombardy Region.
At the end of the online compilation, the applicant must attach:
- sensory disability certification;
- report of the assessment panel for the identification of the disabled student pursuant to Prime Ministerial Decree 185/2006, DGR 3449/2006, integrated by DGR 2185/2011M;
- functional diagnosis in which the need for specialist assistance for communication is made clear (deaf/blind/severely visually impaired);
- any health documentation certifying the sensory disability of the cohabiting sibling(s) and/or parent(s).
