Certificate of splitting deposit

To obtain the certificate of subdivision filing, it is necessary to present the update deed to the Cadastral Services Unit, exclusively via PEC. The copy received will contain the date and protocol details of the filing document and will be sent to the Party technician via PO/PEC email. Only subsequently will the Party technician be able to send the update document electronically to the Revenue Agency via the Sister channel.

In particular cases (for example residence or registration in professional registers outside the province) to facilitate the party technician in the process of filing the update document, it is possible to send the document via PEC or by registered mail.

The office will add, on page. 2 of the document, date and protocol details of the deposit, and then transmits the scan of the page via e-mail to the technician. Only subsequently will the party technician be able to send the update document electronically to the Agency.

Simply sending the document via PEC or post does not equate to the acquisition of the deed by the Municipality of Milan, therefore it does not constitute certification of deposit.

Anyone in possession of a certified email address can send the certification to:
catasto.demanio@pec.comune.milano.it

  • the document must be sent in pdf.p7m format
  • must be digitally signed by the technical editor
  • it must contain the original signatures of both the technical editor and the title events
  • in the subject of the PEC report the following:
    ”Cadastral Services Unit: filing deed pursuant to Presidential Decree 380/2001, art. 30 paragraph 5".

If you fall within the cases indicated in the previous paragraph you can send the certification with a return letterregistered letter return addressed to:
