RPV - Request for determination of maximum sales prices

The revaluation of the maximum sales price (RPV) of real estate units in PEEP-subsidized housing on areas granted under surface rights pursuant to art. 35 of law no. 865/1971 is defined according to the criteria set out in council resolution no. 25 of 2 July 2009.

Please note that this procedure applies only to the type indicated above. 
All other agreements regarding the Affiliated Residential Building for sale are therefore excluded.

Note: If the request concerns properties for which the inalienability period has not yet elapsed (5 years from the first assignment) the application cannot be submitted before 1 month from the expiry of the aforementioned restriction.

Form for requesting determination of the maximum selling price - RVP

The instance, duly completed in all its parts including attachments (indicated on the form), must be sent to the Valorisation and Evaluation Unit by e-mail to the following address:  URB.Rivaluzioni@comune.milano.it

Following verification of the correctness of the request, the bank details for the payment of €25,00 as secretarial fees will be indicated in a separate email. A copy of the payment (bank transfer with CRO or TRN indicated) must be sent by e-mail to the following address:  URB.Rivaluzioni@comune.milano.it

Please note that secretarial fees paid without prior consent will not be refunded.

In the case of intermediation by third parties, it is essential to also send a signed proxy and identification document of the delegating party and the delegate.
