Agreed Fee - Social residential construction

From the 2021 Home Management monitors and controls rental contracts for residential use and sales deeds, as required by individual urban planning agreements and has exclusive jurisdiction over the investigation and issuing of certifications of the requirements for assignees and successors in construction properties affiliated for sale and rental.
They fall into this category:

  • subsidized subsidized construction in transfer;
  • subsidized subsidized housing for rent with future sale agreement;
  • building for rent at an agreed rent;
  • buildings rented at an agreed rent;
  • construction for rent at moderate rent.

The assignment and management of accommodation in subsidized residential buildings is the responsibility of the private operators owners to whom it is therefore necessary to turn. 
For every aspect relating to the Urban Plan to which the individual Agreement refers and for the determination of the maximum sales price following the first assignment of the housing unit and related appurtenances (in particular, with reference to properties built under surface rights) it is necessary to contact the Offices of the Urban Planning Directorate.

With regard to the methods of determining the rent subject to agreement in social residential housing, we invite you to contact specialized technical operators (such as CAF, Associations of signatories of the current Local Agreement for the city of Milan, etc.).

The assignees of the housing types of Social Residential Building, excluding those included in the social rent rental and those relating to the occupants of university residences, for which the specific provisions established by the reference legislation apply, must possess the subjective requirements established by the Council Resolution Municipal no. 42 of 11.10.2010 and by the City Council Resolution n. 73 of 21.12.2007, subject to the exceptions contemplated in the specific Conventions.

nb: The requests, complete with the required documentation, must be sent to the Municipal Administration at least 30 days before the date set for the notarial deed.
