No opinions or technical assessments of a consultancy type are expressed and no "access to documents" is carried out.
It is understood that no preliminary examination will be carried out of requests not yet formally submitted.

The service is guaranteed through a virtual help desk.
The interview will take place in Teams or, in case of technical problems, via telephone.
All service access information will be communicated via e-mail.
Appointments can be booked starting from the 6th day following the date of access to the online diary on Tuesdays (from 14pm to 00pm) and Fridays (from 16am to 00pm).
Maximum duration: 30 minutes.
