Advertising: declaration of start of exhibition
The exposure declaration is essential for perfecting the authorization procedure for each type of advertising.
The declaration must contain:
- the characteristics and duration of the advertising
- the location of the advertising media used.

Single fee for advertising and billboards
The Single Fee for advertising and billboards is being self-assessed and its determination is the responsibility of taxpayers. Failure to receive payment slips or other payment documents does not exempt you from paying within the established deadlines.
The amount is determined based on the surface area of the smallest geometric flat figure in which the advertising medium is circumscribed, with rounding applied as follows:
- surfaces smaller than one square meter are rounded up to the nearest square meter
- fractions of a square meter beyond the first are rounded to half a square meter.
The fee does not apply if the reference surface area is less than 300 square centimetres.
