PGT of the Metropolitan City of Milan
Mosaic of the cartographic documents of the Territorial Government Plans relating to the territorial area of the Metropolitan City of Milan.
PGT online is a service, created by the Order of Architects, Planners, Landscape Architects and Conservationists of the Province of Milan and created in collaboration with Assimpredil ANCE and Centro Studi PIM, which allows you to consult the cartographic documents of the Territorial Government Plans, in format pdf, georeferenced based on Google Maps cartography.
The service makes available, for each Municipality forming part of the Metropolitan City of Milan, the main prescriptive tables of the PGT with the related legends, the Technical Standards of the Rules Plan and the Building Regulations.
The primary updating method is the publication of variations of the Plan on the BURL.
The Government Plan of the Territory of Milan, in particular the Service Plan and the Rules Plan, is also subject to updates which do not require the initiation of the variation procedure. It is therefore advisable to check for any changes and additions.
