Proceedings relating to the areas falling within the transitional rule pursuant to art. 52.8 of the PGT Rules Plan (Recovery Zones A and B - so-called ex B2)
The areas falling within Recovery Zones A and B (so-called ex B2) are governed by art. 52.8 of the transitional rule of the Plan of Rules of the Territorial Government Plan (PGT), to which reference is made.
As regards deadlines, it is confirmed that recent regulatory interventions have suspended the deadlines indicated in particular in art. 52.8 of the rules of the Rules Plan: currently pursuant to art. 103 of Legislative Decree no. 18 of 17.03.2020 and art. 37 of the subsequent Legislative Decree no. 23 of 08.04.2020 the terms are suspended from 23 February to 15 May 2020.
