Exceptions to noise limits for temporary activities
It is possible to submit an application for authorization in derogation of the limits of the Acoustic Classification of the territory of the Municipality of Milan for temporary activities involving the use of machinery or noisy systems which involve exceeding the current acoustic limits. Temporary activities include events, shows and construction site activities.
When to submit the request
The request for authorization to derogate from the noise limits for temporary activities must be submitted at least 30 days before the start date of the activity
