La Service Quality Charter aims to explain, in a clear and transparent manner, the commitments that bind Amsa to the city of Milan and is a tool available to citizens to stimulate Amsa to better serve the city and provide increasingly effective services.
Furthermore, the involvement of consumer representatives in customer satisfaction surveys and monitoring of the quality of services provided is also envisaged.
