OUTCOME:

The Sports Councilor of Municipality 9 represented the situation regarding the sports facilities of the territory administered by the same, both those managed directly and in agreement with the Municipality of Milan, she also illustrated the state of conservation and reported on the matter of structures undergoing redevelopment. You described the main disciplines proposed and the initiatives useful for encouraging the practice of sport by fragile subjects and people with disabilities.

Agenda:Hearing ASSOBICI, the association of bicycle shops in Milan. Participants will be:

OUTCOME:

The representatives of Assobici explained the activities carried out by the association and reported on the meetings held with the Municipal Administration on the prevention of bike thefts, which came to a halt with Covid and on the possibility of providing incentives to those who use this means of transport to get around. The President of the Active Mobility Subcommittee reported that a new session will be convened next September to decisively address the problem of bicycle theft. Instead, the Councilors highlighted the need to launch road safety education projects to be held in elementary and middle schools.

Agenda:Proposal for resolution N/1279-2023 - Recognition of off-balance sheet debts pursuant to art. 194, paragraph 1, letter a) of the Consolidated Law on Local Authorities (TUEL), deriving from the payment of legal expenses for executive judicial measures unfavorable to the Municipality of Milan in cases falling within the competence of the Specialized Collection and Collection Directorate for a total of €7.358,00. Will participate:

• Director of the Specialized Collections and Collections Department: Andrea Lanzi.

OUTCOME:

The Director of the Specialized Collections and Voluntary Collection Department illustrated resolution no. 1279 relating to the recognition of off-balance sheet debts concerning 18 executive judicial measures unfavorable to the Municipality of Milan, under the jurisdiction of the Forced Collection and Highway Code Sanctions Area, for a total of €7.358,00. At the end, the President declared the measure discussed and sent it to the City Council for examination.

Agenda: Illustration Resolution No. 1167/2023 “Guidelines for the development of durable, suitable and effective solutions to combat and/or mitigate noise pollution, disturbance of public peace and other negative effects deriving from Movida.

OUTCOME:

The Councilors illustrated the resolution that the Council adopted last 30 June to intervene on the most harmful aspects of the nightlife in some streets and squares of the city and explained how the Administration is moving. They underlined that they have prepared the monitoring tools, creating a body, made up of 3 Councilors and the Managers of the Departments involved, which will have the task of collecting the data and indicating the critical issues. A new Regulation will be prepared for public businesses and, to share this path with the various components of the city, areas of discussion will be prepared with trade associations, citizen committees and the City Council. A debate followed during which the participants highlighted needs and critical issues, committing themselves to collaborate to prepare the tools to ensure free enterprise on the one hand and citizens' right to health on the other. The Councilors confirmed the comparison and sharing of the various steps.

Agenda:Resolution N/1147-2023 - Recognition of off-balance sheet debts, pursuant to art. 194, paragraph 1, letter. a), of Legislative Decree 267/2000, deriving from the payment of compensation for damages for civil liability of the Municipality of Milan, for causes followed by the State Property and Heritage Directorate according to the methods established by the Civil Liability towards Third Parties policy, following n. 5 executive judicial measures unfavorable to the Municipality for a total of €58.146,51.=. He'll be there:

OUTCOME:

The Director of the Facility Management Area illustrated provision no. to the Joint Commission. 1147-2023. Afterwards, the Presidents of the Joint Commission declared the measure discussed, so that it can be submitted to the City Council for examination.
