OUTCOME:

The Director of the Brera Art Gallery and the Braidense National Library and the Technical-scientific Manager of the Braidense Library illustrated the initiatives promoted and implemented, regarding the institutions they represent, regarding the digitization of their respective artistic and book heritages. In this regard, the already active projects "Brera Plus" and "Brera Card" were presented.

Agenda: Resolution N/839-2023 Recognition of off-balance sheet debt pursuant to art. 194, paragraph 1, letter. a) of Legislative Decree 267/2000 for the amount of €19.535,22, including legal interest, for the restitution, in favor of his heirs, of the sums paid by Mr. SG as an administrative sanction for the delayed payment of the concession fee in relation to an application for amnesty for building violations carried out in the property owned by him, in execution of the sentence of the Council of State n. 2320/2023 of 6/3/2023. Agenda:"Towards Milan City 30. In January the city council approved, with a positive opinion from the council, an agenda to introduce a speed limit of 30 km/h in the city. After 6 months, and while waiting to know the path that will be followed to transform the political indications of the Council into resolutions, we are starting an investigative process with the council commissions that will serve to delve deeper into the matter and compare with other cities that have started similar processes ". OUTCOME:

In the presence of Councilor Censi and the Director of the Mobility Directorate, some experts and scholars of sustainable active mobility were heard who illustrated the advantages in terms of health and safety, as well as the increased levels of sociability, deriving from the introduction of the speed limit of 30 km/h in the city, and the positive experiences of some large European cities which have introduced this rule for some time now. Furthermore, a national law project was presented for the development of the so-called "Cities 30", promoted by a network of associations that support active mobility and road safety. The resulting debate supported this integrated mobility model, highlighting the critical issues and complexity of the current vehicular traffic situation.

Agenda: Resolution N/817-2023 Recognition of off-balance sheet debts, pursuant to art. 194, paragraph 1, letter. a), of Legislative Decree 267/2000, deriving from the payment of compensation for damages for civil liability of the Municipality of Milan, for causes followed by the State Property and Heritage Directorate according to the methods established by the Civil Liability towards Third Parties policy, following n. 2 executive judicial measures unfavorable to the Municipality for a total of €18.142,73.=. Council Commission Sport, Tourism, Youth Policies-Policies for Wellbeing (Chaired by Councilor Angelica Vasile)
Agenda:Hearing Consorzio Villoresi together with Società Canottieri Olona, ​​Società Canottieri San Cristoforo and Società Canottieri Milano, to seek shared solutions to the inconveniences caused by the periodic drying of the Naviglio. They will speak:

  • Alessandro Folli - President of the Villoresi Consortium;
  • Stefano Monda - President of the Olona Rowing Society;
  • Francesco Federico Fumagalli - President of the Canottieri Milano club;
  • Sergio Passetti - President of the San Cristoforo rowing club.

 

OUTCOME:

The representatives of the various Rowing sports clubs highlighted the inconvenience caused to their activities by the forced shallows of the Naviglio and the person responsible for this, the President of the Canale Villoresi Consortium responded on the merits, recalling the legal priorities relating to the use of water, that is, on the part of man, then on the part of agriculture and listed a series of structural interventions envisaged to meet the needs of societies.

Agenda:“Anti-Mafia Investigation Directorate Report - first half of 2022: focus on Milan and the Metropolitan City". He will be present as a speaker (with slides)

OUTCOME:

The Head of the Milan Operations Center of the DIA (Anti-Mafia Investigation Directorate) presented the report on the first half of 2022 regarding the activities carried out by this structure with a particular focus on Milan and the Metropolitan City. In particular, he illustrated: the data relating to the investigations carried out in the Lombardy area, the relationships with other European investigative agencies, the results obtained on the national territory in terms of arrests and seizures of drugs and the real estate stolen from the mafias in the various Italian regions. The Councilors asked some questions which were promptly answered.
