Agenda:Inspection to verify and analyze existing problems - building in via F. De Andrè, 11.

Municipality 5 was invited.

OUTCOME:

The visit essentially covered the four towers of the ERP residential complex managed by MM Casa. The problems reported by residents concern the malfunctioning of the elevators, the improper use of the cellar rooms and common areas and the access gates to the building that are perpetually open and not manned by a concierge. Representatives of MM Casa reported that the elevators are regularly subjected to acts of vandalism and that it was not possible to place a safe there as numerous assignees were in arrears. There have also been complaints of safety problems and poor maintenance in general.

Agenda: Inspection in Piazza Pagano c/o Garabombo: fair trade market. They will be present:

  • Stefano Magnoni - Co-founder and member of the Board of Directors of the Chico Mendes Cooperative,
  • Davide Bazzini - Project Manager of the Civil Economy Program - Work, Youth and Sport Directorate.

OUTCOME:

The Councilors carried out an inspection at Garabombo fair trade market located in via Pagano where the managers of the structure illustrated the purpose of this market, aimed at supporting small production companies in the Third Sector, through the sale of their products and allowing thus enabling them to self-sustain. The Councilors expressed their appreciation and support for initiatives such as these. Furthermore, it was recalled that the City Council recently took the decision to reduce the costs of occupying public land for Third Sector associations that propose this type of markets or stands to raise funds or present initiatives.

Council Commission Civic Services, Relations with Municipalities, Digitalisation (Chaired by Councilor Arienta Alice)
Agenda: Multifunctional Aggregation Centers and classification in the context of other municipal services with similar catchment areas (CAG and CSRC). First results of the co-programming process in the 9 municipalities. Will participate:

OUTCOME:

The Councilor for Civic and General Services presented the reorganization process of the Multifunctional Aggregation Centers (CAM) which, inevitably, have shown some critical issues over the years. The Department wanted to address these difficulties with a spirit of social innovation, wanting to bring out an improving management model. This task was entrusted, in full synergy with the various Municipalities, to KCity which is a company that has been dealing with social and cultural urban regeneration for 15 years, through an ad hoc methodological path to also involve citizens in the co- planning and co-programming of CAMs pursuant to the Third Sector Code. The councilors were able to express their opinions and ask questions which were adequately answered.

Council Commission Budget-Real Estate (Chaired by Councilor D'Amico Simonetta)
Agenda:Resolution no. 1871: Single Programming Document (DUP) and Budget Forecast 2024-2026. Will be present: Councilor Emmanuel Conte, dr. Roberto Colangelo and Dr. Pamela Mondino.
OUTCOME:

The Budget Councilor analyzed the budget items of the Single Programming Document (DUP) and the 2024-2026 Forecast Budget, as reported in the proposed resolution no. 1871-2023, then answering the questions of the Councillors. At the end of the session, the President declared the resolution discussed and postponed, which will be declared discussed and sent to the Council debate, only after the various in-depth analyzes on the budget items of the various Municipal Sectors.

Joint Council Commission Sport, Tourism, Youth Policies-Policies for Wellbeing Olympics and Paralympics Milan Cortina 2026  (Chaired by Councilor Angelica Vasile and Councilor Alessandro Giungi)
Agenda: "Presentation of Rete del Dono - a crowdfunding and personal fundraising platform that collects online donations for socially useful projects - also in relation to the Milan Marathon. Speakers:

  • Valeria Vitali for Rete del Dono;
  • Luca Onofrio, Project Leader - Mass Participation Sporting Events RCS Sport;
  • Alessandro Colombo, Relay Marathon manager for Yousport".

OUTCOME:

The representatives of "Rete del Dono" and "RCS Sport" illustrated the method of collecting funds, intended for the financing of socially useful projects, through the Charity Programs, through the projection of graphic slides, and explained the different donation methods, placing a focus on the Milan Marathon, which represents a continually growing event and a winning model, involving individuals, groups and institutions in a new way of experiencing economic sustainability.
Finally, the Manager of Yousport talks about the experience and results achieved by the association in the promotion of projects aimed at raising funds and promoted by the Milan Marathon Charity Program.

Agenda:European cohesion funds - Presentation of the Metroplus National Program 2021-2017 for the Municipality of Milan.

Councilor Pierfrancesco Maran will be present as a guest.

OUTCOME:
The Councilor and the Offices have clarified that with the 150 million euros allocated to the Municipality of Milan from the Metro Plus 2021/27 Plan, 35 projects will be financed for the development of Milan and the Milan metropolitan area in areas such as housing, culture, mobility and social policies. A debate followed during which the Councilors who spoke asked for clarifications, placing specific focus on some of the aforementioned projects, to which the Offices provided a response.
