OUTCOME:

First, the Councilor for Urban Planning offered a summary of the situation regarding the recovery of all seven railway yards, then the representative of "Sistemi Urbani", of the State Railways, took stock of the situation regarding the recovery process assignment of the former Farini and San Cristoforo railway yards, for their redevelopment. The Councilor and the same representative of "Sistemi Urbani" then responded to some requests from the Councillors, in particular regarding the part of social housing planned within the former Scalo Farini.

OUTCOME:

President Pedroni illustrated the Mi 15 project which involves the strengthening or creation of services aimed at citizens that can be reached within 15 minutes, within the Municipalities with the exception of Municipality 1.
The guests presented the 4 financed companies which concern: a "Scamamù" bookshop, a medical center through the Medici in Famiglia project, a sports club with the "Heracles Kairos" project and a professional training institution "Aslam".
The situation of the various projects was taken stock and the first phase of social impact was evaluated.

OUTCOME:

The councilors took note of the situation existing at the buildings in via Bisnati 7 in light of the extraordinary maintenance works carried out to resolve the problem of leaks from the roofs. The tenants complained about the presence of other problems: mold in some apartments and along some stairs, other infiltrations, failure of intercoms, breakage of the entrance gate, vandalization of some parts of the recently installed fire prevention system, confusion in the assignment of car spaces, lack of correspondence between assignees of apartments and garages, presence of stolen cars and motorbikes in unassigned garages, worrying situation regarding hygiene in the cellars. The MM technicians summarized what was accomplished with the extraordinary maintenance intervention, stating that the persistence of infiltrations is due to reasons concerning the panels placed on the facades; they assured that an analysis will be carried out to remedy other inconveniences and that any requests received will be carefully examined and reassured that further interventions will be carried out.

OUTCOME:

The session focused on the presentation of the research conducted by the OVER Observatory, which monitors the vulnerability of people and families in Lombardy who live in a situation of uncertainty and measures the dimensions of economic and social hardship through the analysis of inequalities and impoverishment dynamics. In particular, a focus was carried out on caregiving which affects an ever-increasing number of families in Lombardy, cross-referencing the possible welfare policies that the Municipality can implement.

OUTCOME:

The speakers invited to the commission provided specifications relating to the "HR WoMen - Women and Work" project promoted within the city's schools and aimed at raising young people's awareness on the topic of gender equality, equality, equality for access to knowledge, equal work, equal careers; therefore particular attention to every form of inclusion. The Councilors have given some reflections on the merits.

Agenda:"The projects financed by the Pnrr to the Municipality of Milan". Will participate:

OUTCOME:

The Housing Councilor illustrated the state of the art in relation to the projects financed and those that can be financed by the PNRR, the closed tenders and those currently being published, also attributable to the PNRR. The risk was highlighted that, following non-receipt or inadequate proposals in the tenders or delays in carrying out the works, some funding could be lost. Regarding this, the Councilor has guaranteed, as far as he is concerned, maximum attention. The meetings of the Commission for verification and monitoring of the matter will take place on a recurring basis.

Trijoint Council Commission Equal Opportunities-Civil Rights, Active Mobility-Accessibility Council Subcommittee e Sport-Tourism-Youth Policies-Policies for Wellbeing(Chaired by Councilor De Marchi Diana, Councilor Mazzei Marco and Councilor Vasile Angelica)
Agenda:The bicycle seen from the point of view of women: a tool for sport, leisure, participation, mobility, emancipation, work, civic commitment. 2nd commission of a series. They will be present:

  • Simone Dovigo, MIA women ride;
  • Pinar Pinzuti, Bikenomist and Fancy women bike ride.

OUTCOME:

The organizers of the MIA Women Ride, Bikenomist and Fancy Women presented these cycling events dedicated to women, which have been taking place for several years and hope that, with each new edition, the participants will continue to increase. They also highlighted the bureaucratic difficulties that exist in organizing cycling events in Milan. Given the problem, the Councilors have undertaken the commitment to work to create a protocol that streamlines these procedures and allows these events to be organized in Milan too.
