OUTCOME:

The Budget Councilor illustrated the proposed resolution no. 468 concerning the application of the provisions set out in the art. 1 paragraphs from 186 to 203 of Law no. 197 of 29 December 2022 and simultaneous approval of the Regulation concerning the facilitated settlement of tax disputes relating to municipal taxes. It specifies that the scope of application of the aforementioned facilitated definition is limited to the documents issued by the Municipality of Milan regarding ICI, IMU, TASI, TARSU, TARES, TARI, ICP, TOURIST TAX, the appeal of which has been notified to the Municipality of Milan by 1 January 2023 and the related tax dispute, on the date of submission of the membership application, is pending before the competent tax judge, in every state and level of the proceedings including that in the Court of Cassation or even following referral. Adherence to the facilitated definition entails the exclusion of penalties and default interest applied in the same tax documents, as well as the percentage reduction of the tax based on the state in which the dispute is found and the procedural outcome recorded in the various degrees of judgment. The memorandum of understanding signed between the Public Prosecutor's Office and CONI for collaboration in dealing with matters linked to crimes of violence against people committed in the sporting field will also be presented. :

The hearing of the "ChangeTheGame" Association took place, a voluntary organization committed to protecting female and male athletes from sexual, emotional and physical violence and abuse, as well as assisting those who have suffered from it in the sporting field from every point of view. In addition to the President of the association, representatives of the high-level national legal and sporting world attended. The resulting debate revealed very serious problems that affect girls and boys at such a delicate age, as they are in a phase of development of the personality itself.
