The Councilors visited the Stadium Museum, the changing rooms, the Giuseppe Meazza Stadium and the National Football Team Museum, accompanied by some guides and the Director of the Museum, who answered their questions.

OUTCOME:

The General Director of ATS Milan reported on the state of affairs relating to the recent evictions carried out at the property owned by the Company located in via Adige 3. He specified that the apartments affected by the eviction measure, motivated by serious risks of subsidence structural, there are 12 and that the tenants, whose lease expired in 2011, have accrued significant arrears towards the property in recent years. He was criticized for the excessive use of public force, the lack of dialogue with the tenant's representatives and with the Social Services and the lack of proposals for alternative solutions for tenants. He responded by declaring the accusations insubstantial.

OUTCOME:

The General Director of Assolombarda and the Director of the Corporate Law and Tax Sector of Assolombarda illustrated to the Commission the memorandum of understanding between Assolombarda and the Municipality of Milan regarding local taxation. Subsequently, the Director of the Lawyers Office illustrated resolution no. to the Commission. 170-2023. The President of the Commission declared that this provision has been discussed, and she can therefore continue its process in the City Council.

Agenda: "Council Resolution no. 82 of 2 February 2023: APPROVAL OF THE TEXT OF THE NEW QUALITY CHARTER OF THE URBAN WASTE MANAGEMENT SERVICE OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF MILAN". Participants:

The Councilor and the Offices illustrated the contents of the new Service Charter for waste management, which compared to the previous one systematises a series of services and indications, as prescribed by ARERA, which the Municipality already had activated and made available separately on various sites. The explanation touched on both aspects concerning the management of the service and the aspect concerning relations with citizens regarding payments, activations and deactivations of the service. The councilors asked questions which were answered.

Agenda:"Results of tender and public auction for development rights" The following were invited to the Commission's work:

OUTCOME:

The Councilor for Urban Regeneration, with the help of his managers, illustrated the outcome of the public auction for the sale of building rights generated by the indirect areas owned by the Municipality of Milan. In particular, he announced that building rights for a total of 32.000 m160 were put up for auction. of gross surface area divided into 200 lots of 13.664.000 m21.732.416. each. The overall value of the SL had an auction starting price of XNUMX euros and the overall value acquired by the Municipality, following the increases proposed by the operators, was XNUMX euros. The Municipal Councilors asked some questions which were promptly answered and some Municipal Councilors asked to be more involved by the Department in the evaluations of the urban planning projects falling within their territory.

In the presence of the Councilor for the Environment and Green Space, the North Park Director and the competent offices of the Municipality of Milan, the first results of the basic research and the related activities carried out of the "ForestaMi" urban forestation project were presented which, starting from research by the Polytechnic, was born from an alliance between the Municipality of Milan, the Metropolitan City of Milan, the Lombardy Region, the North Park and the South agricultural park, Ersaf and the Milan Community Foundation, and brings together the dimension of environmental attention with a social vocation, mobilizing the activation of citizens and also working towards the possibility that some elements of the project are implemented at the level of social entrepreneurship. The critical issues and future prospects were illustrated. The councilors present made their requests for further information to which adequate responses were provided.

Representatives of the non-profit foundation "Terre des Hommes" illustrated the project "Children Win: good practices for the protection of minors in sport".
The topic aroused the interest of the Councilors present, who asked questions and requested clarifications, especially regarding the important role of the family and the dangers of the Internet.

Agenda:“In preparation for the 28th day of remembrance and commitment in memory of the innocent victims of the mafia”. Will participate:

OUTCOME:

After the interventions of the President of the City Council and the Vice Mayor, the President of the "Libera" Association first recalled various historical moments in which the city of Milan was a protagonist in the fight against organized crime and then carried out an in-depth analysis regarding the current situation of the fight against the mafia and the need to be able to evolve the contrast systems and the general mentality with respect to the mafia, as organized crime also has a strong ability to evolve and integrate within society and also within the institutions.
